The Boso Clinicus II is an inexpensive mechanical blood pressure monitor with a double-tube system and a particularly easy-to-read scale. The double tube technology leads the pressure of the pump shocks first to the cuff and then damped to the measuring mechanism. This technique effectively protects the measuring mechanism and the pressure is displayed without overshooting of the pointer.  Attention, for the application you need a stethoscope!
